To install Feed the Beast (FTB) or Tekkit or Forge on your server, FTP access is required. Make sure that no existing mod files/folders exist as well such as the following:
buildcraft, config, coremods, mods, mod_EE, jar/redpower
This guide will also apply to the various mod packs that come with FTB (DireWolf20, MindCrack, MagicWorld, etc) so just adapt it to whatever mod pack you are using.
1. Download the latest FTB server package.

2. Log into your server via FTP.
3. Extract the files from the zip you downloaded.
4. Upload all the files to your main server directory.
5. CONTACT THE SUPPORT TO GET ACCESS TO THE CORRECT JARS.

6. Log into your game panel and change the "JAR File" selection to "ftbserver.jar"/"Tekkit.jar"/"craftbukkit-forge"/"MCPC+" (or whatever the JAR file's name is)
7. Hit the "SAVE" button on the bottom of the panel and restart the server.
8. Your server should now be running on FTB/Tekkit/Forge!
*Note: FTB/Tekkit/Forge causes problems with the Multicraft online status detection, so it may display a blue circle icon instead of the usual green circle even though your server is online.
